  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

  • Once shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all major locations across India through trusted courier partners.

  • International shipping is available for select regions. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and weight of the parcel.

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • International Orders: 10–15 business days (subject to customs clearance).

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, or courier partner issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or orders above a specified amount, as mentioned during checkout.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue. Replacement or compensation will be provided based on verification.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Self-Pickup Option

  • For customers in Varanasi and nearby areas, we offer a self-pickup facility at our registered center.

  • Pickup timing and confirmation will be shared once the order is ready.
