At Aarogya Aryavart, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness, naturopathy, Ayurveda, Panchkarma, and astrology-based consultation services. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.

1. General Policy

All payments made for consultations, therapy sessions, Ayurvedic products, and personalized reports (including Kundli or astrology-based guidance) are final and non-refundable.
Once a service is confirmed or a product is dispatched, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

2. Consultations and Appointments

  • Once a consultation (online or offline) is booked and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • In case the practitioner or therapist reschedules the session due to an emergency, a new date and time will be provided at no extra cost.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

3. Therapy and Treatment Packages

  • Payments made towards therapy, Panchkarma, or wellness packages are non-refundable, even if the session remains partially or fully unused.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled within the validity period, subject to availability and approval by Aarogya Aryavart management.

4. Product Purchases

  • Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been sold, shipped, or opened.

  • In rare cases of damaged or defective delivery, customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt for review.

5. Kundli and Personalized Reports

  • All astrology-related reports, such as Kundli, predictions, and personalized guidance, are custom-prepared based on the user’s data and are therefore non-refundable.

  • Please ensure that the birth details and other information provided are accurate at the time of submission.

6. Payment Errors

If a payment is deducted due to a technical or transactional error, please write to support@aarogyaaryavart.com with transaction details. After verification, such cases may be resolved with a refund or credit adjustment.

7. Policy Acceptance

By making a purchase, booking a consultation, or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund Policy.
